Recovery you don’t have to do alone.

A Halton-based addiction recovery group, supporting people across Cheshire, Merseyside and the surrounding areas – run by people who have been there themselves.

Our work is grounded in one core principle: when people gain clarity, meaningful change becomes possible. By helping individuals understand patterns of thinking, behaviour, and experience, we support safer choices, stronger boundaries, and lasting progress.

Every week we meet, talk and walk together – real people in recovery, alongside people who have been through it themselves. You do not have to do this on your own.

What We Do

We deliver structured, compassionate support for individuals and families affected by addiction and dependency.

Our approach is connected, consistent, and centred on the person, not the label.

Our Areas of Support

Addiction & Recovery

Structured recovery support built around insight, responsibility, and long-term change. We help people:

  • Understand addictive thinking and behaviour
  • Separate urges from identity
  • Develop clear recovery strategies
  • Build confidence, purpose, and self-belief

Recovery is approached as a process of clarity, support, and accountability.

How We Work

Reset and Recover brings together:

  • Lived experience
  • Evidence-informed practice
  • Psychological insight
  • Clear structure and boundaries

We avoid quick fixes and surface-level motivation. Instead, we support people to see clearly, make informed decisions, and move forward safely.
